On April 28, 2017, Zhao Jingjing, a student from No. 42 secondary school, was admitted to the University of California at Berkeley! 

Zhao Jingjing was enrolled in statistics by University of California at Berkeley and the major ranked the first place in the public university around the world in 2016! This is the third student in No.42 secondary school who was admitted to the top 10 universities in the world after her classmates Huran and Lu Hanyang in 2016!
